Ingredients

  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 19 oz cannellini beans rinsed drained canned
  • 15.5  kidney beans rinsed drained canned ()
  • 14.5 oz canned tomatoes diced undrained canned
  • cup celery chopped
  • cup carrots sliced (2 medium)
  • small garlic clove coarsely chopped
  • cup water 
  • 0.5 cup wine dry red
  • tablespoons tomato paste 
  • tablespoon sugar 
  • 1.5 teaspoons seasoning dried italian

Directions

  1. In 3 1/2 to 4-quart Crock-Pot® slow cooker, combine chicken, cannellini beans, kidney beans, tomatoes, celery, carrots and garlic; mix well.
  2. In medium bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Pour over chicken and vegetables; mix well.
  4. Cover; cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high setting for 5 to 6 hours or until vegetables are tender.
