  • pound ham smoked
  • 64 ounces chicken broth (8 cups)
  • 16 ounces lentils dried rinsed ()
  • cups celery stalks chopped
  • cups carrots chopped
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • cups pkt spinach fresh shredded
