Ingredients

  • tablespoon brown sugar 
  • tablespoon chili powder 
  • 10.5 ounce campbell's® condensed onion soup french canned
  • 12 8-inch flour tortilla warmed ()
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  •  plum tomatoes seeded chopped
  • pound pork shoulder boneless
  • tablespoons bittersweet chocolate 
  • 0.3 cup water

Directions

  1. Stir the soup, water, chili powder, brown sugar, cumin and cinnamon in a 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Add the pork and turn to coat.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 9 hours or until the pork is fork-tender.
  4. Remove the pork to a cutting board. Using 2 forks, shred the pork.
  5. Add the chocolate to the cooker and stir until melted. Return the pork to the cooker.
  6. Place about 1/2 cup pork mixture onto half of each tortilla. Top with the tomatoes and cilantro. Fold the tortillas over the filling.
