  • 1.5 lb chicken thighs boneless skinless
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • small onion sliced
  • medium bell pepper cut into strips
  • cups tomato basil sauce organic (from 25.5 oz jar)
  • 16 oz rotini pasta 
  • oz mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, place chicken. Top with onion and bell peppers.
  2. Add pasta sauce.
  3. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4 to 6 hours.
  4. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
  5. Place pasta on platter. Top with chicken and sauce.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
