  • 0.3 cup beef broth fat-free reduced-sodium
  • lb blade roast boneless
  • 0.3 cup parsley fresh chopped
  • lb new potatoes 
  • cups pearl onions peeled

Directions

  1. Place potatoes and onions in slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray; top with meat.
  2. Add dressing and beef broth; cover with lid.
  3. Cook on LOW 8 to 9 hours (or on HIGH 6 to 7 hours).
  4. Transfer meat to cutting board; cut across the grain into thin slices.
  5. Place on platter; surround with vegetables. Skim and discard fat from sauce.
  6. Drizzle sauce over meat and vegetables; top with parsley.
