  • tablespoons brown sugar light packed
  • cup raisins 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt fine
  • 10 servings butter unsalted
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • cups rice long-grain white
  • cups milk whole as needed plus more
