Ingredients

  • cup barbecue sauce 
  • lb chicken wings ( 20)
  • cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon soya sauce 
  • tablespoon sriracha

  • oven
  • slow cooker
  • broiler pan

Directions

  1. Set oven control to broil. Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Spray broiler pan rack with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle drummettes with salt and pepper.
  3. Place on rack in pan.
  4. Broil 3 inches from heat 8 minutes or until browned.
  5. Place drummettes in slow cooker. In small bowl, mix barbecue sauce, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce and garlic; pour over drummettes.
  6. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 3 hours.
  7. Serve with sauce for dipping.
  8. Garnish with sesame seed and onions.
