Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds round steak boneless
  • 0.5 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  •  baby potatoes cut into fourths
  • 1.5 cups baby carrots 
  • medium onion sliced
  • 14.5 ounces tomatoes diced with basil, garlic and oregano, undrained canned
  • 12 ounces gravy home-style
  • serving parsley fresh chopped

Directions

  1. Remove excess fat from beef.
  2. Cut beef into 6 serving pieces. Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.
  3. Sprinkle beef with seasoned salt. Cook beef in skillet about 8 minutes, turning once, until brown.
  4. Layer potatoes, carrots, beef and onion in 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker.
  5. Mix tomatoes and gravy; spoon over beef and vegetables.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat setting 7 to 9 hours or until beef and vegetables are tender.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley.
