Ingredients

  • 16 ounces baked beans undrained canned
  • pounds butternut squash peeled seeded cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces (3 cups)
  • 14.5 ounces tomatoes diced italian with seasonings, undrained canned
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • medium onion sliced cut in half and
  • 1.5 pounds turkey thighs skinless

Equipment

  • cutting board

Directions

  1. Spray 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
  2. Mix all ingredients except parsley in cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on Low heat setting 7 to 8 hours.
  4. Place turkey on cutting board.
  5. Remove meat from bones; discard bones. Return turkey to cooker. Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
