  • 15 oz black beans rinsed drained canned
  • oz tomato sauce canned
  • 28 oz canned tomatoes crushed canned
  • 1.3 oz chili seasoning 
  • lb monterrey jack cheese shredded red finely chopped
  • 1.5 cups corn kernels frozen
  •  garlic clove minced
  •  bell pepper green chopped
  • 1.3 pounds pd of ground turkey lean
  • large onion chopped
  •  bell pepper red chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions
