  • 12 oz crumbles frozen sausage-style thawed
  • oz mushrooms fresh sliced
  • cup grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 28 oz canned tomatoes diced organic undrained canned
  • oz tomato paste organic canned
  • 0.5 cup water 
  • 0.3 cup wine dry red
  • tablespoons honey 
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic clove finely chopped
  • teaspoon basil dried
  • teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon fennel seeds 
  • 16 oz bread uncooked
  • tablespoons parmesan shredded

Directions

  1. Spray 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, mix all ingredients except spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.
  2. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4 to 5 hours.
  3. Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package.
  4. Serve sauce over spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.
