  • stalks celery diced
  • servings basil dried to taste
  • 0.5 cup cooking wine dry red
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • servings oregano dried to taste
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • pounds venison stew meat 
  • cup tomato sauce 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • 0.5 cup water

Directions
