  • 0.5 cup firmly brown sugar packed
  • 0.3 cup cider vinegar 
  • 0.5 cup catsup 
  • pounds pork shoulder roast boneless trimmed
  • package mccormick® slow cookers bbq pulled pork seasoning 

Equipment

Directions

  1. Place pork in slow cooker.
  2. Mix Seasoning
  3. Mix, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar until blended.
  4. Pour over pork. Cover.
  5. Cook 8 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.
  6. Remove pork from slow cooker.
  7. Shred pork, using 2 forks. Return pork to slow cooker.
  8. Mix and heat with sauce before serving.
  9. Serve on sandwich rolls, if desired.
