Indulge in the mouthwatering delight of Slow Roasted Pulled Pork, a dish that epitomizes comfort food and is perfect for gatherings or a cozy dinner at home. This recipe, designed for those who prefer gluten-free and dairy-free options, promises incredible flavor with minimal effort. Starting with a succulent 5-pound pork butt, this dish captures the essence of southern-style cooking, where patience and low heat transform simple ingredients into an irresistible feast.

The magic begins with a robust rub of Q Shack Dry Rub, followed by a quick sear in a Dutch oven to lock in those savory juices. As the pork slowly roasts, the combination of apple cider and jalapeño peppers infuses the meat with a delightful sweetness and a gentle kick, resulting in layers of flavor that dance on your palate. Each bite reveals tender, pull-apart pork that can be enjoyed on its own or served with your favorite barbecue sauce for that classic taste.

This dish not only serves a crowd—perfect for family dinners or festive gatherings—but also offers a caloric balance that aligns with many dietary preferences. With just 10 minutes of prep time, you can sit back and relax, letting the oven do the work while your kitchen fills with an aroma that will have everyone gathered around the table. Join the ranks of cooking enthusiasts who appreciate the beauty of slow cooking, and treat yourself and your loved ones to a hearty meal that warms the heart and satisfies the soul.
