  • tablespoon butter 
  • 1.5 cups less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • tablespoons green onions thinly sliced
  • tablespoons half-and-half 
  • cups hash brown potatoes frozen with onions and peppers (such as ore-ida potatoes o'brien)
  • teaspoons catsup 
  • cup onion chopped
  • 0.8 cup bell pepper red chopped
  • 1.5 cups ham smoked chopped
  • teaspoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add potatoes, onion, and bell pepper to pan; saut 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Stir in broth, half-and-half, Worcestershire, and ketchup; bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes or until liquid almost evaporates. Stir in ham and black pepper; cook 1 1/2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
