- 1 bunch spring onion sliced
- 0.5 cucumber deseeded sliced
- 1 small bag arugula
- 75 g salmon smoked leftover
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 0.5 tsp sugar
