Ingredients

  • tablespoons butter melted
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 cup flour all-purpose
  • tablespoon dill dried fresh chopped
  • tablespoons spring onion chopped
  • cup milk 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • cup salmon smoked flaked chopped
  • cup pkt spinach fresh chopped
  • ounces swiss cheese shredded

Equipment

  • aluminum foil

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Line jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch, with aluminum foil. Grease foil generously.
  2. Beat flour, milk, dill weed, butter, salt, eggs and onions until well blended.
  3. Pour into pan.
  4. Sprinkle with salmon.
  5. Bake uncovered 15 to 18 minutes or until eggs are set.
  6. Immediately sprinkle with cheese and spinach.
  7. Roll up, beginning at narrow end, using foil to lift and roll roulade.
  8. Cut into 6 slices.
