  • lb andouille smoked fully cooked cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • lb broccoli frozen thawed drained
  • 21.5 oz condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup canned
  • 0.8 cup cornmeal 
  • 1.5 cups milk 
  •  eggs 
  • oz cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1.3 cups frangelico

  1. Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In pan, mix sausage, vegetables and soup.
  2. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, cornmeal, milk, eggs and 1/2 cup of the cheese until blended.
  3. Pour over sausage mixture.
  4. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes, sprinkling with remaining 1/2 cup cheese for last 1 to 2 minutes of baking, until light brown.
