Directions

  1. In a saucepan, stir together the gravy mix, red wine, and water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute.
  2. Mix in the sausage and mushrooms. Season with pepper. Continue to simmer until heated through.
