Ingredients

  •  mushrooms dried black (shiitake)
  • 0.5 pound turkey breast smoked fat-free 97% fully cooked cut into 1/2-inch cubes (1 1/2 cups)
  • cup peas sweet frozen
  • ounces soup noodles fresh with soy sauce-flavored sauce
  • 0.8 cup water 
  • tablespoon oyster sauce 
  • tablespoons spring onion chopped

Directions

  1. Soak mushrooms in hot water about 20 minutes or until soft; drain. Rinse with warm water; drain. Squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Remove and discard stems, cut caps into thin strips.
  3. Spray nonstick wok or 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.
  4. Add turkey; stir-fry about 1 minute or until brown.
  5. Add mushrooms, peas, contents of sauce packet from noodles, water and oyster sauce; stir until well mixed.
  6. Rinse noodles under hot water to separate; drain.
  7. Add noodles to wok; stir-fry about 2 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Sprinkle with onions.
