  • 15 oz garbanzo beans drained canned (garbanzo beans)
  • cup pkt spinach fresh chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lemon 
  • tablespoons tahini (from 16-oz jar)
  • teaspoons paprika smoked spanish
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons bell pepper red chopped
  • oz popped popcorn

Directions

  1. In food processor, place chickpeas, 1/4 cup of the reserved liquid, spinach, lemon juice, tahini paste, paprika, cumin and salt. Cover; process 30 seconds, using quick on-and-off motions; scrape side.
  2. Add additional reserved bean liquid, 1 tablespoon at a time, covering and processing, using quick on-an-off motions, until smooth and desired dipping consistency.
  3. Garnish with bell pepper.
  4. Serve with popcorn snack chips.
