  • tablespoon butter 
  • tablespoon chives fresh chopped
  • teaspoon juice of lemon fresh
  • 0.5 cup radishes thinly sliced
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 12 ounces sugar snap peas trimmed
  • cups water
