  • cups sugar snap peas trimmed

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sesame oil; swirl to coat.
  3. Add ginger to pan; cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  4. Add sugar snap peas and snow peas. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
  5. Add vinegar and soy sauce to pan; cook 30 seconds.
  6. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
