Directions

  1. In a pot, place the flank steak, water, aliños sauce salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat for about 2 hours or until the meat is cooked.
  2. Remove the beef from the pot and drain.
  3. Place the beef in a bowl, add the beer and let sit for 15 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  4. Place the beef on a greased baking sheet, top with the bread crumbs and place in the oven. Cook for about 20 to 25 minutes.
