  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt plus more for sprinkling
  • large eggs 
  • tablespoon chives fresh chopped
  • 0.5 cup ricotta cheese fresh
  • 4.3 inch bread whole lightly toasted

Directions

  1. Whisk eggs, chopped chives, and 1/4 teaspoon fleur de sel in medium bowl until well blended. Melt butter in heavy medium nonstick skillet over medium heat.
