  • cup enoki mushrooms 
  • medium bell pepper red cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • tablespoons spring onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 pound shrimp frozen thawed deveined cooked peeled
  • 0.3 cup slivered almonds toasted
  • tablespoons vegetable oil 
  • tablespoons vinegar white
  • tablespoons soya sauce
