  • 0.5 cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground pepper black
  • tablespoons potato flakes dry
  • 30  saltines 
  • teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  •  chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into 1-inch strips
