Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup celery finely chopped
  • 0.5 pound bacon crumbled cooked
  •  hardboiled eggs grated
  • cup mayonnaise 
  • tablespoon mustard 
  • tablespoons onion finely chopped
  • servings grape tomatoes fresh chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper freshly ground
  • pounds potatoes ( 4 large)
  • teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup cream sour
  • tablespoons pickle relish sweet

Equipment

    Directions

    1. Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 40 minutes or until tender; drain and cool. Peel potatoes, and cut into 1-inch cubes.
    2. Stir together potatoes and eggs.
    3. Stir together mayonnaise and next 7 ingredients; gently stir into potato mixture. Cover and chill.
    4. Sprinkle with bacon just before serving.
    5. Garnish, if desired.
