  • 15 ounces black beans low-sodium rinsed drained canned

  •  bell pepper diced green
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • tablespoons jalapeno 
  • teaspoon juice of lime fresh
  • 12 ounces plum tomatoes chopped
  • 0.5 cup onion red chopped
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded reduced-fat
