  • cup tex mex cheese shredded kraft
  • tablespoon chili powder 
  • pound extra-lean ground beef 
  • cup regular corn frozen
  • cup cut green beans frozen
  • 1.5 cups rice white instant uncooked
  • cup chunky salsa 
  • cup water
