- 1 cup kernel corn whole frozen thawed
- 1.5 cups rice white instant uncooked
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1.5 cups taco bellâ® & chunky salsa thick
- 1 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into 1-inch chunks
