  • 0.5 cup chicken broth 
  • cup kernel corn whole frozen thawed
  • 1.5 cups rice white instant uncooked
  • Tbsp oil 
  • large onion chopped
  • 1.5 cups taco bellâ® & chunky salsa thick
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into 1-inch chunks

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and onion; cook and stir until chicken is cooked through.
  3. Add beans, salsa, corn and broth. Bring to boil.
  4. Stir in rice; cover.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
