Ingredients

  • 24 ounce tuna steaks ()
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • teaspoon ginger fresh minced peeled
  • 0.5 cup juice of lime 
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce low-sodium

Directions

  1. Place fish in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Combine lime juice and next 3 ingredients, stirring well.
  3. Pour lime juice mixture over fish. Seal bag, turning to coat fish. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes, turning once.
  4. Prepare grill.
  5. Remove fish from marinade; reserve marinade.
  6. Place marinade in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, and set aside.
  7. Place fish on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill, covered, 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting often with reserved marinade.
  8. Remove from grill, and serve immediately.
