  • tablespoon mint leaves fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper freshly ground
  • pounds plum tomatoes seeded chopped
  • 0.3 cup romano cheese grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 12 ounces pasta like spaghetti uncooked
  • teaspoons sugar
