  • large pears

    3. Cut cheese into 24 equal slices.
    4. Cut each pear in half lengthwise and remove core.
    5. Cut each half into 6 equal wedges for total of 24 wedges.
    6. To serve, place pear wedges on serving plate; top each wedge with cheese slice and quince paste slice.
    7. Sprinkle with lemon peel.
