  • cups all-natural apricot nectar 
  • cups club soda plain
  • 10  grapes green halved lengthwise
  • servings ice cubes for serving
  •  lemons halved cut lengthwise into thin slices
  • small oranges halved cut lengthwise into thin slices
  •  plums pitted halved thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 1500 ml red wine

    1. Stir together wine, apricot nectar, oranges and lemons in a pitcher. (This may be prepared up to 5 hours ahead; keep covered at room temperature.)
    2. To serve, add plums and grapes, stir in seltzer, and pour sangria over ice in glasses.
