Imagine sinking your teeth into tender, fall-off-the-bone pork ribs that have been bathed in a rich, smoky, and deeply complex Chipotle-Molasses glaze. This Spice-rubbed masterpiece is a culinary adventure that balances bold heat with comforting sweetness, making it the perfect centerpiece for a dinner party or a hearty family meal. The magic begins with a robust dry rub featuring ancho chili powder, Spanish paprika, and a zesty kick from coarsely chopped ginger, creating a flavor profile that is both aromatic and intense.

What truly sets this recipe apart is the homemade Chipotle-Molasses Sauce, which you can craft right in your kitchen using pantry staples and a few fresh ingredients. By slowly sautéing onions and garlic before simmering pureed plum tomatoes with a medley of chili powders, you build a savory foundation that transforms into a silky, glossy sauce when blended with peanut butter, honey, and molasses. The result is a sauce that clings to every rib, offering a delightful interplay of tangy vinegar, sweet brown sugar, and earthy spices.

Baking these ribs at 400 degrees F allows the meat to become incredibly succulent while the sauce caramelizes into a sticky, appetizing coating. With a health score of 58, this dish offers a satisfying main course that is naturally gluten-free and dairy-free, making it an accessible treat for those with specific dietary needs. Whether you are looking to impress guests with a show-stopping main dish or simply want to enjoy a comforting meal packed with flavor, these ribs deliver an unforgettable dining experience that will have everyone asking for the secret to the rub and the sauce.
