- 0.8 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
- 1.5 pound flank steak trimmed
- 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
- 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3 tablespoons juice of lime fresh
- 1 tablespoon olive oil extra-virgin
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 0.5 cup onion red finely chopped
- 2 cups tomatoes seeded chopped

Directions
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- To prepare salsa, combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl.
- To prepare steak, combine garlic powder and the next 6 ingredients (through cinnamon).
- Brush both sides of steak with olive oil, and sprinkle with spice mixture.
- Place the steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
- Let stand for 5 minutes.
- Cut the steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
- Serve with salsa.
