  • slices bacon finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground
  • 0.3 teaspoon chili powder 
  • teaspoons chili powder 
  • tablespoons apple cider vinegar 
  • teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • tablespoons honey 
  • tablespoons catsup 
  • pound pork tenderloins trimmed
  • tablespoon brown sugar light
  • cup onion chopped
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon paprika smoked
  • 0.5 cup mustard yellow prepared

Directions

  1. Prepare grill.
  2. To prepare sauce, cook bacon in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat 4 minutes or until almost crisp, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add chopped onion to pan; cook 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Add mustard and next 5 ingredients (through 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin) to pan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer for 4 minutes or until slightly thick, stirring occasionally.
  5. To prepare pork, combine brown sugar and next 7 ingredients (through red pepper) in a small bowl, stirring well; rub mixture evenly over pork.
  6. Place pork on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 20 minutes or until a thermometer registers 155 (slightly pink), turning once.
  7. Let pork stand 10 minutes.
  8. Cut pork crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
  9. Serve with sauce.
