  • tablespoons cinnamon sugar 
  • 0.5 cup apples dried coarsely chopped
  • cups milk fat-free
  • cups regular oats uncooked (not quick-cooking)
  • tablespoons pecans chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 teaspoon vanilla extract
