  • 1.5 cups apple juice 
  • tablespoons canola oil 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • 16 ounce apricots dried finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup currants dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground allspice 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground coriander 
  • tablespoons honey 
  • 1.5 teaspoons mustard seeds 
  • cup onion finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup raspberry vinegar 
  • tablespoons cranberries dried sweetened finely chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion to pan; cook 4 minutes or until tender (do not brown), stirring frequently.
  3. Add mustard seeds and pepper; cook 1 minute. Stir in juice and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Uncover; cook an additional 5 minutes or until liquid almost evaporates.
