  • 0.3 teaspoon curry powder 
  • 0.3 cup cooking wine dry red
  • cup less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  • tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
  • teaspoons garam masala 
  • 0.8 teaspoon olive oil 
  • cup onion vertically sliced
  • tablespoons red wine vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion; saut 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from pan.
  4. Combine garam masala, salt, and curry powder; sprinkle evenly over chicken.
  5. Add chicken to pan; cook over medium-high heat 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
  6. Add wine and vinegar; cook 30 seconds, scraping pan to loosen browned bits.
  7. Add onion and broth; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until chicken is done; stir in parsley.
