Ingredients

  • teaspoon curry powder 
  • teaspoon sesame oil dark
  • pound flank steak trimmed
  • teaspoons ginger fresh minced peeled
  •  garlic clove minced
  • teaspoon ground pepper red
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • tablespoons soy sauce 
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • ounce pineapple rings crushed drained canned
  • 1.5 teaspoons rice vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine first 10 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Add steak to bag; seal. Marinate in refrigerator 24 hours, turning occasionally.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove steak from bag; discard marinade.
  5. Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
  6. Sprinkle with salt, and let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
