  • tablespoons roasted peanuts chopped

  • tablespoon ginger fresh grated peeled
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 cup spring onion chopped
  • tablespoons hoisin sauce 
  • tablespoons soy sauce 
  • 6.8 ounce rice thin (rice-flour noodles)
  • tablespoons rice vinegar 
  • cups chicken breast boneless skinless cooked chopped

Directions

  1. Heat 2 teaspoons oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ginger and garlic to pan; cook 45 seconds, stirring constantly.

  4. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  5. Drain and rinse under cold water; drain.
