  • teaspoon pepper black
  •  chile peppers hot
  • tablespoons chili oil 
  • bunch basil leaves fresh
  • cup mushrooms fresh
  • cloves garlic 
  • teaspoon garlic salt 
  • cup onions chopped
  • tablespoons oyster sauce 
  • pound chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1.5 teaspoons sugar white

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the garlic and chile peppers until golden brown.
  2. Mix in chicken and sugar, and season with garlic salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, but not done.
  3. Stir oyster sauce into the skillet.
  4. Mix in mushrooms and onions, and continue cooking until onions are tender and chicken juices run clear.
  5. Remove from heat, and mix in basil.
  6. Let sit 2 minutes before serving.
