  • 15 ounce black beans rinsed drained canned
  •  garlic clove peeled
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • Dash ground pepper red
  • tablespoons jalapeno chopped
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • teaspoons olive oil extra-virgin
  • Dash pepper red crushed
  • ounce pita chips (such as Stacy's Simply Naked)
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon tahini (roasted sesame seed paste)
