Ingredients

  • tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  •  chicken breast boneless bone-in
  • teaspoon chipotles in adobo minced
  • teaspoons chipotles in adobo minced
  • servings spring onion chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • tablespoon ground cumin 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • cup orange juice 
  • cup orange marmalade 
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt divided

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients and 1 teaspoon salt in a large zip-top plastic storage bag.
  2. Add chicken, tossing to coat. Seal and chill at least 2 hours.
  3. Combine marmalade and next 3 ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in black pepper and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt; cook 2 minutes. Stir in chives.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350 to 400).
  5. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill chicken, covered with grill lid, 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until chicken is done.
  6. Serve with sauce.
