Ingredients

  • medium spring onion 
  • medium bell pepper 
  • medium carrots 
  • 10 ounces salad leaves curly endive 
  • teaspoons sesame oil 
  • 0.3 cup water 
  • 0.3 cup sherry dry
  • 0.5 teaspoon chicken soup base 
  • tablespoon ginger finely chopped
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • tablespoon chili puree with garlic
  • teaspoon curry powder 
  • 0.3 teaspoon sugar 
  •  garlic clove finely chopped

Directions

  1. Cut onions into 2-inch pieces; cut pieces into thin strips.
  2. Cut bell peppers into thin strips.
  3. Cut carrots into julienne strips.
  4. Cook and drain noodles as directed on package. Toss noodles and oil in large bowl. Stir in onions, bell peppers and carrots.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients in wok or 12-inch skillet.
  6. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add noodle mixture; toss with sauce.
  8. Heat through, stirring constantly.
