  • teaspoons garlic minced
  • tablespoon juice of lime fresh
  • cups mangos fresh cubed (preferably unripe)
  • cup onion chopped
  • teaspoon pepper red
  • 12 oz shrimp deveined peeled per lb.)
  • tablespoons soya sauce 
  • 0.3 cup coconut shredded unsweetened toasted
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

  2. Add garlic, chile flakes, basil, soy sauce, lime juice, and shrimp; cook, stirring often, until shrimp turn pink, 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add mango and cook until warm.
  4. Sprinkle with toasted coconut and serve with steamed jasmine rice.
