  • cup mexican chorizo cooked uncooked ()
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • cup mushrooms fresh cooked sliced ()
  • clove garlic minced
  • oz low-moisture part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded kraft
  • 0.3 cup real mayo mayonnaise kraft
  •  roasted poblano chiles fresh sliced

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl until blended.
  3. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or casserole dish.
  4. Bake 10 min.; stir. Arrange chiles, mushrooms and chorizo over cheese mixture in 3 separate sections.
  5. Bake 10 min.
  6. Serve with warmed corn tortillas.
