Ingredients

  •  .6 lb. chicken legs and thighs. this weight usually gives me 4 legs and 4 thighs 
  •  strips. 
  • 1.5 teaspoons chili powder 
  • cups corn chips crushed finely
  • 0.3 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin 
  • tablespoons mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Stir together first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish. Rub chicken with mayonnaise; dredge in corn chip mixture.
  2. Place in a 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pan coated with cooking spray. Coat chicken with cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 400 on the lowest oven rack for 30 minutes (do not turn). Cover and bake 15 more minutes.
  4. Serve warm.
